Distribuito dalla Motion Picture Distributors and Sales Company, il film uscì nelle sale cinematografiche USA il 26 febbraio 1912 con il titolo originale The Robbery at the Railroad Station. Ne fu fatta una riedizione col titolo Sherlocko and Watso. Nelle proiezioni, veniva programmato con il sistema dello split reel, accorpato in un'unica bobina con un altro cortometraggio prodotto dalla Champion, A Higher Power.

Trama
Sherlocko and Watso, the world-famous detectives, are quietly ensconced in their office when suddenly there bursts in on their cogitations a railroad official. He is evidently in great distress, and we soon discover its cause. He has met with a loss, a daring robbery has occurred at his station.
